1. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Appointments: Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments without penalty up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

7. How to Request a Refund: To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at support@rubytaxfiling.com with your name, service provided, and the reason for the refund request. We will review your request and respond within 7 business days.

8. Exceptions: We reserve the right to make exceptions to this refund policy on a case-by-case basis. Any deviations from this policy will be documented and communicated to the client.
